Zootopia: directors Byron Howard, Rich Moore, Jared Bush have something in their hands and the result is quite entertaining: for starters, the animation is wonderful (the world is visually rich, the characters well-designed, all very colorful and varied). The plot is interesting, engaging, and surprisingly complex (all things considered), as well as funny; also, while the sub-text is presented unsubtly, it has a few powerful, relevant messages. The voice cast is solid, for the most part underplaying; Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman play nicely off each other.
