Fifth about The Seventh

The Killing (1956)

The Killing: tight as a drum, not a gram of unnecessary fat present on this little (as in, cheaply and quickly done, not in value) gem of a movie. Great cast, exactly what it needed; great camera movements (the tracking shots are all beautiful). There is no wonder why Kubrick became, well, Kubrick.
